Before Adam started working for Dean he knew very little about motorcycles. Adam's story shows what a person can achieve if they follow their dreams. Dean was able to mold this determined young man into one of the best motorcycle technicians in North Texas.

Adam is multi-talented; he has a degree in Culinary Arts from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, located in Hyde Park, New York (about two hours north of the city of New York). Is Cornell University in Adam's future? That is a question that is still unanswered. The love of motorcycles or the love of creating culinary masterpieces ... which will it be? That is a question to be answered in the future as the present has brought him a twist on an age old theme … love. | |
| Adam had become reacquainted with a friend from Berkner High School in July of 2007. It seems that the two of them made an important life decision. They became a serious couple and will share an apartment in Richardson. Nicki too has a love for motorcycles. It looks like a very promising future and Metric Tech wishes them the best. |
